Product Details Building Systems Solid Joist Blocking is used to prevent joist rolling or rotation. This compliments the project by providing a robust secure floor and thus a neat fast finish for the contractor and owner alike. Building Systems Solid Joist Blocking is a one piece, easy to install joisting product that saves valuable onsite construction time for the contractor. Joist Blocking comes in a range of sizes suitable for standard joists from 8” to 14”. There are two standard joist spacings available of 12”oc and 16”oc. They are produced from prime 54 mil, 50ksi, galvanized steel.
